He has extensive experience in M&A and venture capital transactions, corporate restructurings, operations involving crypto-assets, international tax issues, and the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets, both in Portugal and abroad.

He also specializes in personal income tax, particularly regarding foreign investment, wealth management, investments in crypto-assets, and remuneration for start-up founders and executives.
